In the year 1951, this lady was chosen to be the queen of the 100 year anniversary festival of the Karoo town De Aar. She was later extremely lucky to become the mother of the guy writing about that event here... Yes, she is no more around anymore but we have generated a live moment of that photo event, and yes, it brings joy to have a live version of the event.
